Room to rent, hornstull, 5th of june

I live in a large apartment in Reimersholme, near Hornstull. The surroundings are beautiful, with nature and nice walking paths along the water it is the tranquility in the middle of town. My current housemate moved in just a few month ago but has now decided to go back to Germany. Anyone who moves in can talk to her before she leaves, to get her impression living here. The room is 12m2, and partly furnished with a bed and 2 big wardrobes and has a nice view. It has access to bathroom and kitchen, laundry room. Available from 5th of June. I am looking for a girl/woman who is calm, easygoing and tidy. Although I am a rather friendly and social person, I do enjoy having peace and quiet at home, and time alone. Besides, the house in which I live is very peaceful and quiet, so this is not a place to party. Rather a place to relax. Well, its fine to have friends over for dinner once in a while. I also keep my home clean and organized, and prefer a person who does her share to keep it that way. For me it is important with a good home atmosphere, and that we both feel comfortable. I do believe in mutual respect and honest communication :) Very good Swedish or English is a must, so we fully understand each other. Since it lives a cat here, you cant have any allergic to cats. I also prefer if you are a non-smoker. And that you dont use strong perfume, hair spray and other chemicals, since we will share bathroom. (However, I do use incense in the apartment, now and then). If you are interested in renting the room, please write to me in English or Swedish. Tell me about yourself, what you work with and when (daytime/nighttime, full time).
