I am renting out my corridor room in Gärdet from 06.04 (June 4) until 09.30 (September 30) with the possibility of extending until mid December. The room itself is fully furnished with a 120x200cm comfy bed, writing/working desk with chair, lots of storage space, own private newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is shared with the rest of the corridor, but I have all my own kitchen utensils and cooking items that can be used. There is outdoor and underground bicycle parking, as well as a laundry room. The location is only a 7 minute walk from Gärdet station, and there are two ICAs nearby (9 or 15 min walk away) as well as two Hemköps (both 15 min walking). 15 min away from the central city by subway, 20 min by bus Fältöversten is a 15 min walk away. Lots of scenic walks nearby as well. KTH is a 20 min walk away or subway ride away, and Stockholm University is a 25 min subway ride away. Perfect for students or those needing a short term rent. Prefer to rent to those that write a little about themselves/their situation and are responsible tenants. :) Hope to hear from you
