It is possible to rent the room for less or more than a month too. Bathroom and kitchen is shared with another guy reside in the other room of House (2 private room in the house). The room is furnished by wardrobe,table,bed,chair,bookshelf and lamp. The rent includes electricity, internet, Cable TV,water and heat The house is located in a dreamy place of Karlskrona, near to WiLLY:S, and a super market. Very close to the bus station, and 5 mins walking time to the Train station. 15 mins walking time to centrum. Rear side of the house there is a fantastic view to a beautiful lake just a few step far from the house with seats.
