Hyr ut min övernattningslägenhet. Lägenheten är på 27kvm på sjätte våningen med hall, helkaklat badrum, litet kök, och ett större kombinerat vardagsrum/sovrum utan insyn. I köket finns allt man behöver som kyl, frys, kombinerad micro/ugn, vattenkokare och liten spis. Lugnt och skönt med tysta grannar. Härlig utsikt över vattnet mot BTH. 6 minuter till BTH med cykel. Busslinje 7 med hållplats Långö är på gatan nedanför huset. Nära till till populära Långö badplats. På gångavstånd finns det ett stort Willys. Tillgång till gemensam tvättstuga, gemensamma utrymmen och trädgård. Lägenheten hyrs ut med möblerad. Uthyrning sker med kontrakt och föreningen måste godkänna uthyrningen. Hyresgästen ska enligt föreningens stadgar teckna en egen hemförsäkring. Kortare uthyrning än 1 år är inte av intresse. Tillträde fr o m 1 Maj. I am renting out my overnight apartment. The apartment is 27 sqm with a separate hallway, tiled bathroom, small kitchen, and a larger studio. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a gorgeous view and privacy (neighbors cant see inside). In the kitchen theres everything you need, including fridge, freezer, combined micro/oven, water boiler, and a small stove. All the necessities (pots, pans, cutlery) in the kitchen are included. Peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Lovely view across the water towards BTH and 6 minutes to the campus by bike. Bus line 7 stops just outside the building, which goes directly to Karlskrona central station. The apartment is close to the popular Långö open-air bath, within walking distance to a large Willys supermarket. The apartment will be rented fully furnished. Tenants have free access to the shared laundry room, common areas, and garden. The rental is based on a contract. According to the rules of the co-op (owner association) the tenant must provide his or her own home insurance and the contract must be approved by the co-op to be valid. I am not interested in short-term rental - minimum of 1 year. Further, Im looking for a non-smoker and pet-free tenant who is able to show proof of study or work.
