I am looking for the right female tenant to rent a nice furnished room with shared kitchen & bathroom in my apartment, which is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood in central Uppsala. The apartment is located within approximately 5 min walking distance from Uppsala Central station. Rent: 5990kr/month Included in the rent: . Room kitchen & bathroom . Internet wifi . Furniture in the room such as bed, wardrobe, lamp, table and chair and shelf . Electricity & heated water . Access to the common area belonging to the house association such as the garden, laundry room, gym & sauna About me: I am a woman in my mid fifties with grown-up children. I work during the weekdays. I am easy-going & clean. Tenant-Requirements: . Female . Only one person . No pets . Non-smoker . Clean, quiet, easy going person . References from the employer or school . References from previous landlords is not required but appreciated . Sleep-overs and visits are restricted as I value my privacy. Visits may take place with my consent Date for rent: Flexible start but fixed at least until Sep 1st with opportunity to rent longer OBS Once we have agreed and signed the agreement the tenant must pay 2 months of rent in advance as deposition.
