Very central apartment with walking distance to the central station for renting until further notice (2-3 months termination notice for both sides), as I will move to Norway. The apartment is 44 sqm divided into living room, hall, kitchen and bathroom. The living room is divided so that you have a sleeping area with an industrial glass wall dividing. The apartment is to be rented fully furnished with comfortable bed, sofa (that also becomes a bed), kitchen table and chairs, wardrobe, and washing machine. The rent also includes a storage unit in the basement. Gym, hobby room, bicycle room, common laundering room are available in the basement for free. Rent includes internet, electricity, water and warming. Broadband/TV is available in the building but I never used it.
