Shared-flat, close to the city but in nature Hey, my name is Nikolas, I am a 28-year-old male German looking for a roomie. I am a PhD student at KTH until 2021. My old roommates will move on to other continents or across the courtyard, which leaves the master bedroom in our apartment empty. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, right now all 3 are taken, but in the future, I intend to share the apartment with only one additional person to re-establish the guest room. This is not a Zweck-WG, i.e., German term indicating a shared flat where people actually talk and preferably like each other, hang out, and discuss stuff about shared living arrangements. Thus, I propose to meet digitally or in person, in case you can come by. The flat is furnished, Ill upload pictures as soon as I am back in Sweden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, coffee machine, cattle, fridge, and freezer. Due to my current roomies moving and the details still being up in the air there might be minor changes. I would propose to discuss this in person as well. The online guidebooks on how to advertise your shared flat told me to inform you about one exciting detail well for what it is worth, I think the price and location are the deal-breaker, but I was thought that our home-made pizza is quite yummy as well.
