As I am moving abroad for my internship, I am subletting my studio apartment in Lappis for 6 months from 15 June to 15 January. This offer is only suitable for students. 5G Wifi, electricity and warm water is included in the rent. The studio is fully furnished with a bed (160cm), sideboard, table with 4 chairs, armchair. The studio also has a built-in wardrobe. Private bathroom and kitchen. The studio is brand new as the building was only built and opened in June 2023. Washing machines and tumble dryers can be accessed for free and are located in the building too. Parking spots are available right in front of the building and can be rented through SSSB. The studio is located in Lappkärsberget in one of the SSSB student complexes. T-bana station with connection to red line 14 (Mörby centrum Fruängen) can be reached within a 10min walk. Bus stop 50 (to Odenplan) is next to the building. To SU Frescati campus 10min walk or 5min bus drive, Albano campus 10min bus drive. Theres an ICA närra in Lappis. Contact me if you are interested :)
