Hi, Im a 23 year old engineering student that wants to rent out my student room located at Lappkärrsberget for the period 21st of January to the last of May, but if you want to rent for a longer period that can be arranged. The room is tidy and relatively newly renovated with new furnitures, new wardrobe and a clean bathroom. The room is in a dorm, witch means that there is a common kitchen that is shared with the other members of the corridor. Bus station Professorslingan is located just outside the door, and the subway station is approximately 10 min away by walking. Grocery store, a sports bar and a sushi restaurant is located 1 minute away. Mainly looking for a student that wants to rent the apartment.
