Fin nyrenoverad lägenhet (nytt kök, golv osv.) med stort ljusinsläpp som är delvis möblerad 1,5:a med sovalkov. Lägenheten är högst upp i huset (5e våningen) med i stort sett ingen insyn på en mycket lugn gata. Jag har börjat möblera lägenheten med säng, byrå, garderob, matbord och stolar samt beställt en ny soffa som kommer levereras om ca 5-6 veckor. Det finns tillgång till förråd så jag kan även ställa upp en del av möblerna om du önskar det. Uthyrningsperioden jag tänker mig är från början av Februari under 6 månader pga att jag tar tjänstledigt. - Hyra: 12500 kr inklusive vatten, värme, el, bredband. - Deposition: En månadshyra i förväg. - Wi-fi: 100 Mbit bredband. - Ingen rökning eller husdjur tillåtna. - Föreningen har en innergård med utemöbel och grill som går att boka utan avgift. - Cykelrum finns att tillgå i fastighetens källare. Ingen tvättmaskin i lägenheten men lätt att boka tid i två tvättstugor med flera tvättmaskiner, torktumlare och torkskåp. Du bokar dina tvätt-tider enkelt via en app så det är finns bra med tillgång till tvätt-tider. 150 m till Rådhusets tunnelbanestation. 100 m till närmsta busshållplats. 600 m till Fridhemsplan med tunnelbanestation, flygbuss till Arlanda och innerstans bästa utbud av matbutiker. The apartment is at the top of the house (5th floor) with virtually no insight view on a very quiet street.
