Description The apartment is our family home, however as we are all going to my home country for a short time and wed like to rent out my entire 3-room apartment, kitchen, 1-toilet, balcony for a 1 month and 5days. The apartments a 2-3 minutes walk from Kista T-Bana and is located nearby KistaGalleria is with the disatance of 2-3 minutes walk. You will have access to the laundry room, toilet, kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and all kitchen stuffs are available to cook. Total clean for 1month 5days : 11,000-SEK Deposit: 10000-SEK . The deposit amount will be given back after the handover HE apartment in same condition. Tenant: We are looking for someone who is friendly and needs a stay for a temporary period of time. If we have 3 rooms we either plan to rent out both of them to a single tenant, or to 2 random tenants that we will select. So, smoking is completeforbidden inside the apartment, so smoking is only permitted outside the apartment. Neighborhood: Its a quiet neighborhood yet close enough to Kista Gallerian (2-3 minutes walk). There is a beautiful football ground in front of the apartment where you can enjoy some long walks. Football pitches are around the area along with a basketball court. There are also loads of gyms around the area such as Fitness 24/7, SATS, Friskis, and a few others.
