The adress is one of Kungsholmens most beautiful with and fine dining, shopping and parks just outside the door and the Norrmälarstrand waterfront just a stones throw away. My 2-room apartment is the perfect place for a couple or the single person wanting a bit more space. The apartment can be let out either furnished or un-furnished. The rent includes 100gb/s wifi and the basic TV-package. I am looking at renting out my flat from 1 december 2014 - 1 june 2015. I can offer to show you the apartment from the 30th of October with 1 - 2 days notice. The tenant Im looking for is a non-smoking and responsible adult with good recommendations.
