Monthly rental sum: 18.500 SEK/month (including all utilities, TV fee and wifi.) We are renting out our 2-room apartment (44m2) in central Stockholm (Pipersgatan) because we will be living abroad most of the time, until further notice, but at least for a couple of months - we can mutually agree on exact dates. The apartment is fully furnished, has a new bathroom (2020), a fresh kitchen, a spacious living room, a separate bedroom with a 140 bed and a big wardrobe as well as a large balcony. In addition to this, the apartment has a beautiful view overlooking the tower of Stockholm Courthouse and full privacy, given the clear view. Due to the apartments great and central location, it is only a 5 minute walk to the Central Station, and you can easy access all of Stockholms inner city within a 15 min walk. In addition, the subway is only 50 meters away on the same street and several bus stops are just around the corner. What we look for in a tenant you will live here alone or with your partner/spouse, you dont have pets, you do not smoke and you respect the housing societys rules, e.g. around quiet hours.
