Newly built architect-designed cottage on the island of Tranholmen in Stockholm. The house is located about 15 meters from the water with a bathing bridge. Stockholm city is just a few minutes boat trip away. The cottage of 25 sqm with attached loft of 10 sqm is decorated in sober colors and well equipped with AC, dishwasher, washing machine and fiber. Everything to make you stay as comfortable as possible. In the attic (ladder) there is a double bed (180 cm) and storage. The living room has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa bed (140 cm), clothes storage and a tiled bathroom with shower and floor heating. A large glazed window door opens onto the south and the sea as well as its own large wooden deck. The ferry to and from the island is limited. The last trip to the island runs around 6 oclock in the evening due to weekday. It also does not go winter time (January-April) because of the ice. During the winter you go to the island over a bridge (to Stocksund), only intended for walking or cycling. From the bridge to the cottage it is about 1.5 km.
