By bike, its about 10 minutes to the University and 20-25 minutes to the city center. There is a LIDL nearby, and a small shopping mall with larger grocery stores in walking distance (Mörby Centrum). Great view, nice surroundings and a spacious balcony make this a quite perfect place during the summer. The flat feels a bit larger than it is, thanks to a quite good floor plan, with a small, but fully separate bedroom. All furniture on the pictures (and houseplants, if wanted) are included in the rent. The rental period can be adjusted and there are no additional costs, i.e. water, internet, electricity etc. are included in the price. The only additional thing for you to provide is a valid home insurance.
