Hi, I am renting out 1 room (about 22-24 sqm) in my apartment in Solna. The room can be rented as soon as possible and I am looking for someone who can rent on a longer term. If you and your friend wants to rent together but different rooms, there is a possibility for this. The room is large with lot of storage and a bed. Water, electricity, heating and internet is included in the rent. The areas that are shared is the kitchen and the bathroom and there is a laundry room by the main entrance of the building. I am very easygoing and quiet person and you will definitely get your space in the apartment. During the winter I am usually abroad and come home for the summer. Grocery store (Willys) is just 5 minutes walk and the apartment is very close to Solna Station (Railway) and other public transportations like buses. Very close to The Mall Of Scandinavia.
