Hej everyone Im Julia and I live in solna in a shared apartment with another girl. The other flatmate is moving out to live with their partner so we have a free room The place is 79sqm and is located on the 11th floor of the Hagalund buildings, right opposite of Mall of Scandinavia. Moving in date is flexible depending on your needs but ideally we would like someone before the 1st of April. The rent for the room available is 5750 SEK. We both have full time jobs, Lou often works from home. We are looking for someone who values a quiet and peaceful living environment. Tidiness is an important quality we are looking for in a new flatmate.
