Hello We are a family of 5. Dad is a PhD student at Stockholm University and Mom is working at a high school for special needs kids. Our children are 14, 12 and 5. We are subletting a room with a private entrance in Hagalund in Solna. The room is just refurbished. All furniture is second hand or thrift shop and thus part of a sustainability plan in the decor. The fridge is completely new, however. The room comes decorated with art from our friends and local artists (this is of course optional, in case you want to hang something else). Kitchen and bathroom is shared with us. Wi-fi and electricity included in the rent. You have your own airport express station in the room so signal is crisp. High speed internet of course. Area is close to subway, commuter train, tram and buses. Close to Karolinska and Haga park. Multiple supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy in the area. Walking distance to mall of Scandinavia.
