Hej Jag hyr ut min fina lägenhet möblerad eftersom att jag kommer att studera utomlands i Sydkorea i över ett år Allt i min lägenhet kommer att kunna användas Jag har ett väldigt mysigt kök, eget badrum och en mycket vacker utsikt över Limhamns småbåtshamn. Vi har tvättstugan på andra våningen av byggnaden och hissar finns givetvis (lägenheten är på 14:de våningen). Vi har soprum utanför byggnaden och cykelställ. Du når enkelt olika busstationer från lägenheten. En 2 minuters promenad och du hittar 2 stycken olika bussar, går du 8 minuter i en riktning hittar du åtminstone 3 andra bussar du kan ta. Alla bussarna leder in till stan (på 20-25 minuter) eller till Hyllie där Emporia finns och anslutning till tåg (som dessutom kan ta dig till Danmark en station bort). På bottenplanen av byggnaden kommer du finna en mataffär, vilket är väldigt bekvämt. Det finns ett mindre torg och flertalet affärer inom rimligt gångavstånd. You are able to use everything in my apartment as you please I have quite an adorable kitchen, my own bathroom as well as a beautiful view of the harbour. We have a laundry room on the 2nd floor and a recycling room outside of the building as well as a bike stand next to it. We have a few busses that go into the city centre (takes about 20-25 minutes). A 2 minute walking distance from 2 different busses. If you walk 8 minutes youll find at least 3 other bus numbers that can take you everywhere you need to go. The busses lead to not only the city centre, but also to Hyllie where you have a huge mall as well as a train-station where you can take one train directly to Denmark as it is the next stop for the train from Hyllie. The building is close to several stores and theres a grocery store on the first floor of the building.
