My name is Adeolu Sunmola. I studied International relations in Malmo University where I obtained both my bachelors and master degree in 2012 and 2015 respectively in the same field. As a student I know how important it is to get an apartment close to the University. Therefore, I would like to rent out a furnished room at Mariedalsvägen 56E in Malmö just 10-15 minutes away from Malmö University with the bicycle. The area is close to Pildammspark park and not far from the beach. The uniqueness of the room is that it is fresh with a king size bed and all expenses such as electricity, internet and waste is INCLUDED in the rent. It is also important to know that there is also a washing machine in the apartment which means laundry can be done at any time of the day :) A well furnished room in a 3 bedroom apartment with a TV and a free WIFI. The apartment is located at Mariedalsvägen. A walking distance to Triangle and just 10 minutes with a bicycle to Malmö University and the Central Station and the Beach. There is a dish washer in the kitchen and also a washing and drying machine in the apartment, which means laundry can be done at anytime :)
