Urhyres/room to rent

Hi all, Im renting out one room in my 3-room flat, switching from fullt-time job to half time work with my writing project. The room is big and sunny and has a lovely athmosphere. There is a small (private) bathroom included and shared kitchen (with me). The room is furnished. Bedlinen and towels can be supplied, if you wish. Everything such as electricity, heating and internet is included in the rent. Everyone is welcome although i would appreciate to have someone who is into research. Im writing short stories and will pick up a master program in creative writing this fall. Please drop me a line and tell me about yourself if you are interested. Im showing the flat this weekend. The room is 4700 kr. Outrageous, I know, but I really want to write this book Room is available from now on until end May 2018. You pay one month rent plus deposit if moving in. Im on a deposit scheme, deposit is payed back as you move out given everything is is clean and in good shape. Bye for now :)
