Ive decided to rent out this studio as Ill soon be moving in with my partner. The lease can only be of one year maximum. Please note that the internet box is available but not included in the price you see. Ive currently stopped its subscription but it can be started again in no time (in your name if you have BankID) if youd like. The subscription would be kr549 additional (I couldnt choose the provider myself, its part of the residence unfortunately). Please also note that the piano thats visible on the photos wont stay. The place itself has nice storage and is calm: theres no neighbor on one side of the studio, and its view is on the interior court with grass and trees. Caroli neighborhood is very very central, 10min walking from Malmö C. Personal preference The residence itself includes in the same building: an ICA, Lidl, pharmacy, gateau, sushi all accessible from the downstairs parking lot, without going out on the street :)
