Hi there, Im looking for a new flatmate by the end of August - preferably a man between 28 and 36 years old. The apartment is about 83 m2 and located in central Värnhem. In walking distance (1 min) you get to the Värnhemstorget, grocery stores and restaurants. The room is around 15 m2, unfurnished and also includes a private back balcony. As Im a PhD student (32 years old) I would like to share my flat at best with another PhD with a fix contract or someone with a good income and a fixed job. In the apartment we share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and a second balcony. The rent is about 5217.5 SEK ( 2 months deposit) which includes: Water, Heating, Cable TV (Netflix), Radio Tv Tax (Radiotjänst), Washing machine and dryer, Private fridge and freezer Dishwasher. Internet Electricity and home insurance (if you dont have) we additionally have to share. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
