Hi all, Im renting out two rooms in my 3-room flat. taking a break from research to do a course in creative writing. Im writing a book on pollen in another universe where everything is run by probability theory. Hence big plus if youre in to physics or even work at the Max IV Laboratory (its fairly close.), but of course everyone is welcome as long as you are in to research. I rent out two rooms in my 95 square meter large flat with washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 big bathrooms and 1 kitchen. Both rooms are furnished. Bedlinen and towels can be supplied if you wish. Everything such as electricity, heating and broadband is included in the rent. Im about to assemble Ikea furniture on the pics hence the mess. Please drop me a line and tell me about yourself if you are interested. Im showing the flat this weekend. The bigger bedroom (first two pictures) is 5000 the smaller one (last pic), is 4000. Outrageous, I know, but I really want to write this book Rooms are available from now on. You pay one month rent plus deposit if moving in. Im on a deposit scheme, deposit is payed back as you move out given everything is is clean and in good shape. Bye for now :)
