A very central furnished room is available for a professional, part time, to share with a Lund employee. I live in a big apartment (125 sqm) in central Lund, close to the train station. I have a big room (25 sqm) that I rent out to commuters/part-time residents. I now look for a new person to sublet from July 1st. The apartment is shared with me only. Ive shared my home with different persons over the years. The two bedrooms are in different parts of the apartment. It is fully furnished, and everything (electricity, heating etc.) is included. The big spare bedroom has a double bed, desk with working area/dinner table, wardrobe, armchair etc. Bed linen, towels etc. included. Kitchen with whatever you might need to store and cook food. I look for someone who will need this part-time, maybe commuting within Sweden, or from another country. Maybe instead of hotel or a whole own apartment. One person, no pets, no smoking. Photos, more info etc. can of course be sent.
