Our lovely 175 m one story house in Hjärup (just outside Lund) with a large garden of 1102 m with a lot of fruit trees and a nice swimming pool (4mx8m) is available for minimum one year of lease starting 1st of August 2017. The house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the larger bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a big sauna connected to it. There are 2 large living rooms, one with a nice fire place to enjoy during the Swedish winter. A large modern kitchen is facing one of the living rooms. Hjärup is a quiet and family friendly neighborhood with top schools up to 9th grade. In both Lund and Malmö you have schools from 10th grade and up and of course the University In Lund there are (at least) 2 International English Schools. Its very easy to commute to both Lund (4min) and Malmö (11min) by train or bus. Our house is just 1 minute walk from the train station. In the village you can find a pizzeria, a cafe, a food store and at Hjärupsgården you can find a hairdresser, massage, flower boutique among other things. Lomma Beach with restaurants and a really nice fish shop can be reached by bike in approximately 15-20min (5km), or by car in 5min. Rent is 13500sek per month, partially furnished. Tenants pay for all utilities such as heating, water and electricity.
