Kämpagränden

Im going to rent out my new renovated apartment from 23/11 or 24/11 (but we can make an arrangement together). The apartments address is Kämpagränden 17E, in the east side of Lund. Bus 3 goes very often and the bus stop is about 3 min walking distance. Also theres a supermarket (ICA) 5 min away from the apartment. Its one room with a bathroom (with a washing machine and floor heating), a kitchen and the whole equipped apartment is about 44 m2. Also the apartment has a glazed-in balcony with a nice view from the first floor. WiFi, water and heat is included, the electricity is excluded. The tenant will have to be a non-smoker with no pets. Also I prioritize students from foreign countries. The deposit is 6000kr that you will pay beforehand. The monthly rent itself is 6500kr (electricity excluded).
