I am renting out my 1,5 room apartment in Lund. It is located in Linero, Runslingan, very close to ICA (within walking distance). The apartment will be rented out fully furnished. Beside the furniture, you will also have, all the kitchen stuff.pool table, ping pong table, gym, Sauna and a small place infront of the appartment for gardening with water and gardening tools is included. I am looking for someone who is going to stay for at least 6months/1 year. Have a look at the photos and send me a private message if you are interested. I am looking to rent it from the first of June, The date can be discussed. The rent will be including everything (heating, water, internet , gym,pool table, pingpong table,Sauna, 50m2 garden infront of the appartment for gardening with water and all tools you need) EL is not included in the rent. and It is 8,400 SEK.
