Im renting out one of my rooms, effective immediately. The room is furnished as seen on the pictures. The apartment itself is contemporary and modern and has a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher. Apart from the room the tenant will have access their own WC, but the shower is in the big bathroom and will have to be shared. The apartment is located in Nya Linero, a newly developed area on the outskirts of town. For example, commuting to the University would take 10-20 minutes (depending on which part of the university) by bicycle or bus. On the other hand the area is very calm and green, and on one side there are fields as far as the eye can see. I have a dog and recommend that you are not afraid of or allergic to dogs.
