First, sorry this is not an apartment But I hade no other options to fill in when making this advertisement at Blocket. Note It takes around 60 min to travel from the house to centrum in Gothenburg. Please, read the whole advertaisment before contacting me. Sorry, but I have no opportunity to help you understandning the ad. I have three rooms in my house where I also living (on second floor) that I rent out to international students. For the moment, one of the three rooms are availalble to rent (the blue room in the picture). And in the end av February 2019 next room will be available (the white room in the picture). The rental period is until 10th of June 2019 and again from about 29th of August 2019 - 10th of June 2020. The house is nice and fresh and located on Vrångö, one of the islands in Gothenburgs southern archipelago. I seek, no-smoking students or trainees who wish to rent furnished rooms. As a tenant it is necessaraly to be able to take care of yourself when it comes to cooking, dishing, washing and leave the rooms as bathroom and kitchen fresh after you have been there. It is good if you are a harmonic, considerate and flexible to make it comfortable for everyone during your time in the house. On the island and in the house you will have peace and quiet for your studies. We will sign a contract and you will need a liability insurance while staying with me. On the island there is a foodshop and the ticket on the boat are the same as buses and trams in Gothenburg. Several previous students have chosen to cycle in Gothenburg, which usually does not take longer than to travel with municipal busses or trams and sometimes faster. You will share the bathroom with the other two students and kitchen and the laundry room even with me. I looking forward to hear from you.
