Only showers included and not bathtub baths due to electricity costs. Wifi, water and electricity, parking, cleaning detergents, kitchen paper, toilet paper and detergents for the home included. We clean the shared areas together once a week. You clean your own room of course. No strong perfume, no smoking and good hygiene is really a must.
