I am renting out my furnished apartment which was newly built in 2022 because I am moving in with my partner. The apartment is 30 sqm and has a south facing balcony of additional 5 sqm, giving you sun the whole day . Furniture includes a 1.6x2m bed, dining table with 4 chairs, fully equipped kitchen, closets and lamps. The bathroom is fully equipped. The apartment complex includes a shared laundry room and common areas such as a lounge room, rentable event area and a large rooftop terrace on the 8th floor with bbq spots. The location Sjupundsgatan (Högsbohöjd area) is a lot better connected than it might seem on maps. The bus stop Sjupundsgatan is right outside the entrance and gives you direct connections to the city centre (20 min), Chalmers (11 min) and Volvo Torslanda (19 min) as well as to Volvo Lundby with 1 change (20 min). The bus and tram hub Marklandsgatan is one stop away from Sjupundsgatan. Alternatively, you can walk to Axel Dahströms Torg in 7 min and take trams from there. The cosy centre of Majorna can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot through the nearby cemetery and the park Ruddalen is only a few minutes walk away. Grocery store (ICA), pizzeria and gym (STC) are right outside. You can move in as early as May. Be aware that the association has to approve you as a subtenant before you can move in. The lease period is 1 year, notice period is 2 months from both sides. Deposit 1 month rent. The cost is 8800:- ( including heating and warm water) not including electricity.
