Room for rent at Barytongatan 6 We are now offering a bright and comfortable room of 15 square meters in our welcoming apartment. The rent is 4500 SEK per month, and this includes electricity, Wi-Fi, and water. The earliest move-in date is May 1st. Accommodation: You will share the apartment with me, my partner, and another student tenant. The room will be your private space, but you will also have access to the common areas of the apartment. Facilities: Bathroom: Two bathrooms, one with a shower and washing machine. Kitchen: Equipped with an oven, microwave, air fryer, and ice maker. You will have your own pantry and a compartment in the freezer. There are two refrigerators, one of which you will share with the other tenant. Living Room: 65-inch miniLED TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney, Xbox Series X, and Nintendo Switch. Shared access to the living room with the other tenants. Area: The apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet and scenic area. Close to the tram stop Lantmilsgatan (5 minutes walking distance), with good connections to Chalmers (15 min), Brunnsparken (20 min), and Frölunda torg shopping center (5 min). The nearest store, Willys Hemma, is only a 2-minute walk away. Additional: In the basement, there is a storage room and a laundry room with a dryer and drying room. Those of us living here are responsible and ensure that the apartment is kept in order. We expect you to contribute to a clean and pleasant environment as well.
