Area: The apartment is located in a safe and quiet residential area, with excellent transport links to the city centre. It is a 5 min walk to the bus stop that will take you directly to the centre of Gothenburg (14 min). Trams can also be taken from the nearby (10min walk) shopping mall. Whilst the area is convenient for the city centre and nearby shopping malls, it is also situated close to nature and the sea. The popular bathing area of Saltholmen is close where you can enjoy the Swedish nature as its best. There are also running tracks near by. Apartment: The ground floor apartment consists of three bedrooms with shared bathroom (with shower), kitchen and dining area. The interior is completely new this year and freshly decorated in a clean contemporary style. Furthermore, there is a small outdoor terrace for the use of tenants as well as secure storage for bikes.
