The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave, along with basic necessities such as frying pans, pots, glasses, and cutlery. Youll also find a dining area with two chairs for pleasant meals. The bed is spacious and new, measuring 140 cm wide for a restful nights sleep. For entertainment, weve provided a TV with Google Chromecast. The bathroom is fresh and modern, featuring a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer. On sunny days, you can enjoy your own outdoor patio complete with a table and chairs, giving you a piece of the garden to call your own. The rent includes internet, garbage collection, heating, water, and cleaning once per month. We kindly request that you are a non-smoker and that pets are not allowed.
