The house is situated north of Stockholm - a charming home in a pittoresque and calm area. Its a five minutes walk to the train station and a 13 min walk to the tube station from the house. (With train/tube 5 min to the university and approx 8 minutes to the city / KTH.) Its close to lakes and the sea with excellent bathing and running possibilities, even a small beach. The SATS gym is 5 min away walking distance. My two small children live in the house a couple of days a week hence it can be a bit noisy from time to time. You rent part of house, not just a room. The bedroom itself is fully furnished situated on the bottom floor, souterrain (approx 30 sqm). Shared with others, You will have access to a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and eating area and garden. Included in price: wifi, electricity, heating, and water.
