In the quiet Luthagen part of Uppsala we have our family house and we want to rent out the top floor. An attic appartment with 10 windows, an open room solution with the kitchen in the middle. It is a super nice studio/attic appartment within walking distance down town, in one of Uppsalas best areas. There is a shed for bicycles and bus stops are close by. We have a food store just two blocks away. The house is old and have charm, but the attic was rebuilt in 2000 so it is modern. Best of two worlds. The appartement is in two parts, this the 2.5 room area with a kitchen and bathroom, and a smaller part that will also be rented out separately. The smaller part has a separate entrance, separate everything, but there is a door that is not allowed to be blocked (fire safety reasons) between the two parts, so that is why we help coordinate renting out both parts. The two areas can be shared between two people or each one can live their own lives without any contact. All the pictures are from the larger part. Full access to the big yard, with opportunity to plant your own things and easy parking on the street for a reasonable amount. We will rent it out per semester, but now since it is May, the first semester will last until 1 January 2027 If you are interested send a message and we can schedule a visit. We havent put the appartement fully back in order with all the furniture, decorations, etc, but will do that together with the new tenant. We have plenty of extra furniture and other things that can be brought up from the basement, and some times the tenant want some space for their own stuff. We live in the house ourselves and want people to like living here.
