Hi, Am renting out a room in my 3-roomed apartment. The room is available from 1st February 2022. The room is fully furnished and you will have access to the kitchen and sitting room. The quoted rent includes internet, electricity and water bills. You are free to use my address as well. Am currently the only occupant of the apartment, and dont intend to have more than one tenant. A bus stop is 5 minutes away, and about 20minutes to Uppsala Centrum. Am looking for a calm, friendly person (with no pet) that I can share the apartment with for as long as a year. Generally, I neither smoke or drink, so will appreciate if you dont, as well.
