The room offers a high level of privacy, with your own private toilet. The kitchen and shower are shared with us. We are a quiet, non-smoking couple with no children and are looking for a calm, responsible, and non-smoking tenant. The room will be rented out to ONE person only. The rent is 5800 SEK/month, including electricity, internet, water, and heating. A deposit of 5800 SEK will be requested. Parking space can be arranged with an additional 400 SEK/month The apartment is 84 sqm in size and consists of 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower cabin, guest toilet, glazed balcony, and integrated wardrobes. The apartment has double entrance doors. There are two fridges/freezers and a dishwasher in the kitchen and a laundry in the basement. Walking distance to Väsby Center and Upplands Väsby station. The commuter train can also be reached by bus in just 3 minutes. Very good communications to Stockholm City (28 min), Arlanda (10 min), and Uppsala (26 min).
