I and my girlfriend have decided to live in her apartment for some time. I am a technical manager in one organization and she works as a senior manager in a bank. My current apartment is available for rent from 1st of July, preferably for long term. I would like someone to move here who will take care of this apartment as his own. Apartment details are as under: Apartment is 51 meters square and 2 rooms. It has a double bed, washing machine. Otherthings from the apartment I will take away. But we can talk about that. Bus stop Skrivargatan (Sundbyberg) is at 2 minute walk. Bus stop for Bus 540 is also nearby, though 12 minute walk. There are also hiking and cycling tracks available near by. The area is newly developed and the building of our apartment is new (built 2015). The apartment is well maintained. Rent details Deposit: 15000 sek (for any major damage that can happen. otherwise it will be returned when you decide to move out) Rent is 8450 sek. On top of this comes hot water usage, electricity and internet. Example,I and my girlfriend pay a total of 10300 (which includes 350(internet) 250 (el), 8450 (rent) and rest water. This means, if you are on vacation, then you will pay less rent. It is preferred that you get your own home insurance. If you are interested, please email me.
