Beautiful and bright apartment in the heart of Södermalm, between Mariatorget and Zinkensdamm- the most trendy area in Stockholm where you have everything within walking distance. For those who like nightlife, nice restaurants, cool boutiques and cozy coffee shops there are plenty in the area. Additionally 2 big grocery stores are located close to the apartment as well as my favorite- the organic supermarket Paradiset In the area youll find: Amazing restaurants Cafés, bars and pubs Supermarkets 3 minutes by foot Systembolaget in 2 minutes by foot Nice parks, and perfect areas for running along the water. The subway is 3 minutes away by foot The apartment is from the 1920s with original details. The wooden floors are painted white in the whole apartment and the bathroom has floor heating. Located on the second floor, the apartment has a 120 cm bed on a loft- You can sleep 2 up there but then its pretty tight (not for people who is a bit scared of heights:) The balcony has a lovely balcony with sun all day and early evening The kitchen is bright and spacious and has a dishwasher Transport communications are excellent as the apt is only 3 min from the subway Mariatorget and Zinkensdamm that takes you around easy in all of Stockholm. It is also nearby the commuter train (pendeltåg) station Södra station which is approx 4 min from the house. There are also good parking possibilities on the street. Renting out until next August to start with but most proabley longer Bed and wooden cabinet included in apartment, otherwise unfurnished
