I welcome ONLY university students. The apartment is fresh, light and modern. The room is furnished comfortably that the student can peacefully study and sleep in it. The kitchen is full equipped for cooking. Nice place to have the meals in it. The bathroom is well cared, which is expected from the tenant as well. The garden is large. Its a good place to study and sunbathing in it. - Our neighbourhood is AMAZING. We live in the highschool and university area. It takes only 20 minutes walk to down-town, Sergels torg, BUT only 3 minutes to a little bay of the Baltic see (Brunnsviken), and 10-25 minutes walk to KTH/Stockholms University/Business Highschool and it takes about 25-30 minutes walk to the Karolinska Institute/Karolinska Hospital. - Bus Nr 55 has bus stops both to and from the city just around the corner. Underground station are about 15 minutes walk from our house. - All in all this place is very convenient both for studying and having rest nicely.
