Hi My name is John and I am looking to sublet my student apartment while I am on an exchange next fall. The apartment is located at Lappkärrsberget and provided by Stockholms Studentbostäder (SSSB), the main provider of student housing in Stockholm. The rent period is between August and January with the possibility of extension depending on your needs. The size of the apartment is 18 m2 and it consists of one larger room and a bathroom. Both of them are furnished, but this can be adjusted according to what you prefer. Electricity, water and internet is all included in the rent, one can also install a TV with some channels provided, but I havent done that. As a part of the student housing complex at Lappkärsberget there exists a sauna, film room, gym, padel court and plenty of laundry rooms etc. that you have access to. There is also a supermarket and two restaurants in the area, as well as bus stations from which you can travel to the University of Stockholm and KTH in 5 and 15 minutes respectively.
