A room perfect for a student in an area full of student housing. The apartment is located inside the very attractive SOFOR area on Södermalm in Stockholm. It is less than 60 seconds walk to the subway station of Medborgarplatsen, 3 stations from the central station where the buses from Arlanda arrive in the city. The apartment is large with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen contains pretty much everything for cooking The room is approximately 15 square meters. It is large and airy with 2 large windows facing the street. The room has a large bed, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror, bookcases and a desk. there is wifi included in the rent. also laundry in the building and secure bicycle parking in the backyard. Within a 3-minute walk, there are several grocery stores that range from more expensive to cheaper. Within the same range there is a large number of bars, restaurants, everything from Mc Donalds to proper restaurants. Within the same distance there are several cinemas, a public bathhouse, library, at least 3 different training facilities. Also some parks and 15 min walk there is a free public municipal beach. Included in the rent: Electricity, heat, water, internet etc. That means everything except consume products (toilet paper, soap, dish, detergent, etc). Dopgs are my passion and I have 2 dogs, one girl and one boy. Both are German shepheards. They do not bite and are not all dangerous. They are young, kind and playful.
