We are renting out our guest house, approximately 28 sqm. It is well renovated. The guest house has a hall with a small table, sink, coffee machine, water heater, microwave owen and a refrigerator. A living area w sofa, wardrobe, a small table and a study corner. Upstairs you have a sleeping loft. You will have access to toilet, shower, washing machine and full size kitchen in our house. Our house is next to the guest house. We are looking forward to host a non smoking international student with English as first or second language. We are a family of four with two children, 9 and 11 years old. No pets. My wife and I have engineering and business background and we have experience from international studies. The house is situated in a quiet residential area with good possibilities for recreation like running and outdoor activities. Public transportation is 200 m from the house. 6 km bike ride to Chalmers or to Gothenburg city center. Please send us a short email explaining who you are, where you come from and what you study.
