Hi I am Ender, working in automotive industry as a technical project leader, electronics engineer, 28 years old. The apartment is 67 m2 and 11. I turned the living room into bedroom as I travel a lot and I dont really need the whole space for myself. I will be renting the bedroom. It is 13 m2, with MANY wardrobes. A studying desk and chair. A 6 months old, quite new bed. Please write whom you are, which periods you would like the rent the room, any reference if possible, if you are working a work proof or if you are a student a student proving that you are studying. I would like to have someone tidy, that is cleaning each week, not very noisy, fun and social person. 1 month deposition will be required. Rent will be paid in advance on time. E.g. pay and stay. 1 month notice period from both sides. The room is possibly available in end of August, certainly available on 12th of September.
