Lägenheten är delvis möblerad med matgrupp, säng och viss köksutrustning (stekpannor, kastruller, tallrikar m.m.) samt det som syns i bilderna. I hyran ingår el, vatten och internet. Bostaden har ett bra läge med livsmedelsbutik och busshållplats i närheten. Bussen går direkt till Lund C. Viktigt att veta: Lägenheten är samtidigt till salu, vilket innebär att visningar kan förekomma. Vid dessa tillfällen behöver lägenheten vara städad och iordningställd.
