Hej I would like to rent out a room in my 3 room apartment. The room is a little small and is suitable for one person. It is furnished with a bed and a study table, cabinet. Other than that, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Theres a washing machine available as well. Usage of the living room can be discussed. Its very close to the university and the supermarket. I can rent it out to someone who is clean at all times and can handle the things like the dishwasher, washing machine carefully. I like my apartment to be clean and so I expect the same, especially since I ll be away most of the time, you should be able to take care of the apartment by yourself. Single occupancy, No pets, No Smoking.
