I live in a 2-room apartment 60qm located in Galgamarken very close BTH university. Now i want to rent out the furnished living room without a separate door to a student who is well organized, smoke-free and likes to have a clean living. You get your own space, but share toilet, kitchen with me. Note: The Living Room that I am renting out has no seperate door. It is finished and you can decide how to arrange your space in the living room for your privacy and comfort. All bus stations are one minute walk. The train station is 5minute walk. 10minute walk to the city. I work in växjö and sometimes dont come home during the weekend. I dont have any pets. The rent The electricity The internet WiFi The insurance The water The TV cable The Extra heater Everything is 3500sek A deposit of one month rent must be paid and it is refundable after you move out. An agreement fees of 500sek has to be paid. Three months notification must be giving before moving out. Your source of income must be stable and reliable.
