Our house is situated in Hässelby Södra Villastad. We have one room available for rent. The room is furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rent is 4500 kr/month. Wifi, water and electricity included. Shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. We are a happy family of 3, one international student/au-pair and friendly dog:-) Public transport around the corner will take you to Hässelby Strand and the metro station in 5-8 min. Close to Riddervik, a beautiful nature area close to the lake. One months rent should be paid in deposition, will be returned when you move out if the room is in the same condition as when you moved in, earlier rents have been paid etc. Available now.
